Açores Islands is one of the favourite places of dolphins and whales. Quite often,when you are travelling from one island to another, you can easily see them in the ocean playing with the waves of the ship. Otherwise you can go with one of the dezeens Whale Watching companies which is quite fun too :)
Here it goes some of the pictures I could take with MobyDick WhaleWatching. This boat leaves from Portas do Mar in Ponta Delgada and does a 4hours trip following the dolphins and arrives until the Ilhéu de Vila Franca so that you also can enjoy the south coast of São Miguel.
